AutoClaw (nicknamed "Australian Lobster") is an AI digital employee product developed by Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., built on the open-source OpenClaw framework. Unlike traditional AI tools, AutoClaw embeds agent execution capabilities directly into instant messaging platforms such as Feishu (Lark), WeCom, and WeChat. Users simply issue commands in a chat dialog, and the AI clone autonomously invokes professional toolchains to complete complex tasks, returning results directly to the conversation.
AutoClaw provides native clients for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android. The installation process is streamlined and requires no development environment configuration.
Built-in skills span five core domains:
Supports Zhipu's GLM model series (including GLM 5.2), DeepSeek, and other mainstream large language models. Users can flexibly switch between models for different task scenarios without restarting or reconfiguring.
AutoClaw features Hermes self-evolution capability, enabling it to learn optimization strategies from historical tasks and progressively improve execution efficiency and accuracy.
Supports complex task planning and execution across files and long workflows, ideal for multi-step collaborative scenarios.
AutoClaw deeply integrates with the following instant messaging platforms:
AutoClaw is built on the open-source OpenClaw project (GitHub: openclaw/openclaw), a local-first personal AI assistant framework supporting multi-channel messaging, multi-agent routing, voice wake, live canvas, and other advanced capabilities. The Zhipu team has deeply customized and packaged OpenClaw to better suit Chinese users' habits and business scenarios.
AutoClaw maintains an active user community ("Shrimp Farming Community") across both Feishu and WeCom platforms, where users can access skill templates and share experiences. Additionally, AutoClaw offers ClawHub, a skill marketplace where users can download and share custom skills.
